Scent free?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so hoping to love my Pura 4 diffuser. I purchased it and two vials (?) of Thymes “Frasier Fir” which is a scent I love in candles and reed diffusers. Unfortunately this Pura 4 cranked on high produces very little (if no) scent. It’s a deeply disappointing purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy how simple it is to switch on the Pura. I’m pretty savvy with things but setting it up did give me a little bit of trouble. I wish there was more info for what indicator lights meant from the start and in instructions. I had to google what light colors indicated during set up and how to trouble shoot. Overall, I like the Pura!
