Bad support!

After a year of use, the app suddenly failed to find my device. I could no longer change settings or scents. Chat with support was useless as they cut and paste directions to delete annd reset several times and finally told me it was the fault of my wifi. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your money.

Nothing new. Glitched while setting up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The offer is pretty much the only reason I upgraded to the new pura. There is absolutely near 0 difference between them at all. If I had bought it as a new product I would be upset. If anything I had it glitch out on me more while setting it up and had to restart it a few times which is sad considering my old one glitches all the time. Does it’s job though.
