I love my pura 4!! The diffuser is very easy to deal with, and on top of that, my scents are lasting longer! I've already placed an order to get another diffuser. Thank you Pura for this amazing experience!

Love the new look, Puralast & smart vials!!

Pura 4 has made diffusing amazing Pura scents that much better, easier and now with Puralast my fragrance oil gets fully used up and I can smell it longer... I rarely have any left in my vials when I change them out! Love that smart vials let me pop in the the vial and not have to do anything else.. no more scanning or typing in anything to my app... it's automagic!

Incredibly slow shipping on refills

I love the pura device, but the shipping on fragrance refills is incredibly slow. As in, it takes up to a month to receive your refill orders. So even though I like their concept, the execution makes me regret this investment. I'd recommend sticking with a Bath & Body works wallflower.

These devices break quickly! Mine and my friends both stopped working within 6 months of buying them. We followed directions on how to fix it-no luck!
