The device has a hard

Great device, some issues with scents

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really love the device and app, but I'm having issues getting it to consistently recognize Anthropologie scents. It routinely says my Anthropologie scent is "unrecognized" or will register an empty slot where the Anthro scent is plugged in. Usually after a few "unplug it and plug it back in again" attempts it sorts itself out. This issue doesn't happen with Volcano, but has consistently happened with two Anthro scents.
