Concept of Diffuser Works, But.....

Was hard to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was hard to set up and connect to the wifi. Constantly disconnects. Wouldn't recognize a scent I got that said it's was compatible with the pura 4. Other than I love the scents I have ordered and love the idea of it. Just wish the app worked better too for androids. The App really needs some work of functionality.

Cartridge stickers seem to be a problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been corresponding with customer support regarding a few glitches in use. Right out of the box the stickers were coming off both of my scents, which lead to unit unable to located scents. Since then we have tried a few hacks and seems to be working now. Fragrances are great, app is great, I just request the designers figure out the sticker situation for the cartridges .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 Pura 4s, and the updated model makes a huge difference. Scents are more noticeable and fill the entire spaces. The smart vials are a nice touch, and are available through the subscription service. They’re a great addition to my house and will likely be replacing a few more of my Pura 3s in the near future.
