It was nice until issues arise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to give it 5 stars although, one of my scent lost its sticker code at the bottom and because of that the pura diffuser couldn’t read it on the app. Now I couldn’t use the scent any longer. Which is a complete waste. I notice the sticker code at the bottom of each scent falls out rather quickly and if you lost it, the diffuser can’t read it. Then it won’t work.
