I got two pura minis

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got two pura minis a month ago. I thought they were not going to be as potent as the big one but they are. My hallway and breakfast area smell good and the fragrance can be smell through the kitchen from the one in the breakfast area and to the rooms from the one in the hallway. Very please with this product and the quality of the fragrances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure if I have a defective diffuser or not, but it seems to be heating the scents less effectively than it did when I first received it. I’ve had it for a little over 2 months now and have tried putting it on various settings. Sadly, only the strong setting is somewhat effective. This is disappointing because I am now blowing through vials, which is becoming quite expensive. I have a Pura mini, and it works much better than the 4; unsure if it’s because it can only hold one vial? Nonerheless, I will likely get rid of the Pura 4.
