[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use to use the Bath and Body plug ins, till I noticed a drop in the quality of their refills and was having issues with them leaking. I will never go back to the other ones. Love that you can control everything in the app

Okay but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea of a plug in I could control seemed ideal, so much more sophisticated than my old Bath and Bodywork’s plug in. The truth is the app isn’t easy to use, particularly creating a schedule. No real way to try out a scent so it’s risky business ordering a new scent. Pura is a fun idea but not an incredible upgrade from what I have used for years.

I really like the fragrances that I've tried, however I find the app difficult. I have changed the settings several times and have given the devices more than a year and half. I want to smell the fragrance when I get home from work, but nothing. I guess I would prefer a plug and forget it type.

Love the Volcano Scent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I keep coming back to Pura for the Volcano scent, it’s just that good. I do wish the fragrance vials lasted a bit longer and had a slightly stronger throw, but overall I’m happy and continue to reorder refills. The diffuser itself is sleek and works well, although it took some time to set up due to initial Wi-Fi connection issues. Once up and running, it’s definitely more effective and noticeably stronger than standard plug-ins.
