Glitchy, finally broke

I found my pura to be very finicky, it often would not recognize scents when I put them in and I had to enter them manually - usually several times because the app would glitch after I inserted the scent vial and I would have to start all over again. The diffuser finally stopped working just after a year. No damage that I can see, it wasn’t dropped or otherwise potentially damaged. It just quietly died and will not turn on, despite checking that the outlet worked, trying other outlets and attempting to reset the device several times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally made the switch to Pura 4s from all other plug ins. I love the convenience and not needing to run them 24/7 and waste scent when not home or in rooms with little use. Easy to connect and use. No complaints!

Absolutely LOVE my Pura Mini Set!

The scents are amazing, strong but not overpowering (you can set the level of intensity however you prefer). The app is super user friendly, I could not recommend this product enough!

It’s always a nice surprise for me and my coworkers when we walk in. I’ve even gotten compliments on it! If the scents were a bit cheaper, I’d definitely give it 5 stars.

Offering samples would greatly benefit customers who wish to evaluate the scents before purchasing. Additionally, increased availability in physical stores would provide a more convenient way to experience the fragrances firsthand. The experience with the two scents purchased indicates a focus on floral notes, which may not appeal to everyone.
