Used to love pura, now I'm disappointed

The first subscription I had was amazing, loved that I could return products I didn't like, even though the free device didn't work, and i threw it out. Then I got locked into a new subscription for the upgraded free device, however a month into it, I was told I could no longer exchange my products because I was exchanging too frequently. It would have been nice to experience this with the first subscription because I wouldn't have offered to start a new one.

Great smells

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a Pura since they first came out and this Pura 4 is the best one yet! I love that it can automatically detect the scents, and the scent detection makes everything last way longer! Definitely need more for my house.

Happy but kinda expensive
