Stopped working, no support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stopped diffusing. I have it in a bathroom with no airflow challenges, less than 100 square feet, and it doesn’t work anymore. Worked well at first and now I can’t smell the fragrance (palo santo). Your troubleshooting on your website doesn’t help and makes me regret this purchase. Send me a new Pura 4 and I will try it again, but wouldn’t pay for a new one again.
