[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great so far. The only thing that bugs me is the diffusers don’t always recognize the scan so I have to add manually or it says it’s a different scent than what it is.

Good unit overall but could be better IMO

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice unit with lots of good scents to choose from but I found it a bit difficult to set up (it wouldn't recognize my scents) and it went offline a couple times for no apparent reason. I love that there is a timer and schedule available! I do wish there was a way to run both bays at the same time for creative combos. I found most of the scents were way too strong for me and made me feel a bit ill (not sure why) but some were ok. My family mentioned it seemed too strong and synthetic/chemical to them as well. It's hard to say if/why people feel this way since smell/senses are so incredibly subjective :)
