[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pura 4 is easy to use and connect to. I enjoy using the app to adjust the intensity of the scent and putting it on a schedule. I have two; one in my living room and one in a hallway. We get compliments on the scents all the time. I love walking into our home when it smells so good and luxury too.

Malfunctioning product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wrote an email for assistance already but never heard back. Only one side of the diffuser works. The other side, when I try to turn it on, automatically shuts the entire machine off and doesn’t work or diffuse the scent. The left side looking at the machine works perfectly, but when I try to use the right diffuser it shuts off. I’m disappointed because I love this company/product.
