[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried Pura once and wasn’t a fan decided to give it another try and love it! Not sure if it was updated or what but it smells my room up very nicely. Would reccomend the bigger one if you have a bigger space/ want multiple rooms!

Really. Onboarding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How many of your customers can identify what you’re asking when you say, “onboarding experience?” The word is grading enough when used in its original intended meaning; training new hires, and the fact that it’s all of the sudden popular again. However, this obscurantist survey is a new level of annoying…. That you assume rating an “onboarding experience” in this context is part of the common vernacular of your customer base.
It’s akin to, “Gretchen, quick trying to make fetch happen! It’s not going to happen!”
