Quit working after a couple months

I’ve bought 3 different puras now and every one of them has stopped picking with the wifi within a few months. I’ve had the 3,4 and new big one and they all did it. There is no problem with my wifi and I’ve tried moving them to different locations and they still would not work.

You NEED the Pura

The convenience of being able to access my air freshener from my phone is such a great touch- even when I’m away from home. You can also see how much time is left on the scent. The subscription is great because I don’t even have to remember to reorder scents. 🫶🏻

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great diffuser! We have really enjoyed our Pura scents and get lots of compliments from guests. Easy to setup and love the feature that I can control it via my phone on the app. Very much an upgrade from the old school scent diffusers in all aspects- scents, controllability, and scent safety. I do wish there was a way to childproof the diffuser. The cover comes off very easily, almost too easily. My toddler is constantly removing the cover and messing with the scent vials. If there was a twist off or some other mechanism to remove the cover so it was a little more secure, that would be awesome.
