I love my Pura 4! It was so easy to set up and I love that I can control the scents though the app. With other scent plug ins there isn't much you can do if the scent is to strong or too weak. I also like that I can turn my Pura off when I'll be out of the house for a longer period of time. My favorite part is the variety of scents available. I'm only on my second set of cartridges but I have a long list of scents that I plan to try and more are added all the time!

Stopped recognizing scent

Bought in April of 2024 and last month the diffuser and app stopped communicating properly and now it won’t recognize the scents placed in the bays. I have called twice about the issue- last two months and they haven’t offered a true solution just force the app to change on their back end, wasting my time every month. With this latest month, I was told it has to happen a THIRD TIME FOR THEM TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

These scent diffusers are brilliant! Not only do I set it and forget it, my next scent comes like clockwork and I always have a lovely smell in my home!
