[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical about a smart diffuser/having to download another app, but I'm so pleased with the diffuser! Love the scents I've tried so far! Compared to a traditional oil diffuser, it's so nice not having to refill with water/plug back in daily.
Downsides: 1) I've had Wifi connection issues a few times (like my diffuser upstairs won't connect to my wifi/my wifi has temporarily gone down) and unlike a candle or incense that can be used without electricity, it's annoying to have yet another gadget that's dependent on power. 2) the plastic scent cartridges feel wasteful and I wish they were able to be composted or something :(
