Easy to load with not

Love the Pura but does not work properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Pura for the scent it gives out, lights, app, and being able to control intensity and schedule recurring start/stop. However, I experience many glitches. For example, I'm continually alerted to change a cartridge because it is low, but it is still half full. Also, after I add a diffuser, it goes back to "unknown" and I am unable to reset it. I'm disappointed because it does not act "smart" as described.

Clunky but Worth It...I Guess...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time trying Pura. I found the ordering process to be a bit clunky. I didn't realize that I should have established the subscription service until after I had paid for everything. It seems that you should be able to set that up at checkout or return later after you figure out your favorite scents and set them up. I did the latter, but had to find a coupon code to use. These things are pretty expensive to not have that code available in your account.

Glitchy and extremely overpriced

I bought the Pura 4 along with a monthly subscription, so 2 new fragrances automatically shipped every month.
This is the glitchiest smart device I’ve ever purchased. The initial install and set-up was fine, but ever since I changed out the fragrances, it has never worked correctly again. I’ve reset it multiple times and it still says “fragrance unknown.” Which means I can’t set a schedule and I have wasted fragrances. The light continues to come on even though I turn it off constantly.
Also, once the fragrances have run for awhile, the top of the device becomes stained and looks dirty, so it’s embarrassing to have it in a visible place. The shiny white Pura on people’s counters in their marketing is false advertising. It will look like that for one week and then never again.
This is an over-hyped product marketed almost entirely by influencers. For those of us who actually have to purchase it, it’s a complete waste of money.
