Easy set up, user friendly app, disappointed in strength of fragrance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The starter kit and app is very user friendly and easy to set up. The scent cartridges are a bit pricey and do not seem to let off much scent even though I have in bedrooms and use full strength. I'm a bit disappointed in them actually. Great concept and I am enjoying the ease of the subscription so the refills just are delivered but I'm hoping over time or maybe trying new scents I will have the chance for the room to be filled with fragrance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A friend told me about Pura after we saw the cartridges in a store. She has one- explained how it works. I bought 4 - 3 as gifts and for myself!! I love that they can be turned off while nobody is home. Having the app is great

I’m really disappointed in this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really disappointed in this new diffuser. My old one works really well, but my new one is not giving off any scent at all. It has been plugged in for weeks , I’ve checked all the settings, and it has not even gone through one scent vial yet. It clearly isn’t working. It was too expensive not to work.
