great new way to scent a room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I can set a schedule so this doesn't run unnecessarily when I'm not home, but can scent a room right before I arrive home. Every night, at bedtime, I walk into a room that smells cozy and relaxing. I ordered mine with two cartridges of Apotheke's Charcoal scent. Despite the QR code on the cartridge, the app won't read the scent. I'm hoping these are just the old versions and that my refills will be identified by the app. Even without the identification, I enjoy the automated diffusing, and that I can occasionally run it for a few minutes on command. Great product.

New Pura 4 is a step up for me!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product! You just plug it in to an outlet and set it on a schedule if you want to and it comes on. We have it in our living room which is very open so we have to put it the higher level to smell it!

Am I doing something wrong?

I purchased a Pura 4 based on reviews. I was hoping for a subtle diffuser that offered a light scent. I have mine set on the lowest setting and I have a horrible headache in just minutes. Tried several scents. WAY worse than any cheap plug in. My husband came into my office and said he couldn't stand to be in the room. Is this normal or do I have a defective unit?! I have an Aera diffuser and have really loved it but wanted to go with Pura b/c of the cost.
