Scent cartridges do not work with app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only problem I have with my car Pura is that it will not detect the scent cartridge and doesn’t let me know how many days are left on the cartridge. I have had several conversations but the issue has not been resolved.

Easy Solution for Car

I am loving these pura car devices! The selection of scents is nice, and seems to last quite a long time. I will say I wish that the cord came with a solution for different car plugs. The plug is a USB, but I was it came with a USB-C adapter, because I had to get a new cord to be able to use this with my vehicle. Otherwise, no complaints (other than maybe it could come in some other colors!!). Loving it!
