[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device has given me constant problems since my initial purchase. My unit was even replaced due to loss of function by the support team, but now the replacement will not hold a charge for more than 2 days. At least the previous unit would stay charged for a week before it became a brick. Also, a problem common to both units is that there is a constant problem with recognizing the scent pods. I like the concept and the scents, but this unit is not ready for public use. . . . there is unfortunately nothing pro about it, very disappointing!

The car Pura is awful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the original which stopped working. Pura did send me a new one but I haven’t had it 2 months and it completely stopped working. I keep it plugged in and out of the sun. I have tried everything on Puras help desk website and nothing. I have spent way too much money on inserts and the device for this to keep happening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product! I just wish the battery lasted longer. It’s motion activated, so I feel sometimes it runs when I’m not in my car but I can’t be sure. I still love it though!

Terrible battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I was very disappointed once I started using this. The battery life is terrible. Every other day it’s needing to charge. I will not keep it charged due to fire hazard and the inconvenience of the cord. Wish I can send it back. Not a fan.
