Wish I could like it more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t get the Pura car to sync with my app! It is my second unit and it will not recognize the fragrance which is super frustrating!! It will go on and off when my car starts and stops, but I wish it worked like it was supposed to. I have 2 Pura diffusers in my home!! I was super excited about the Pura car but it is disappointing that I can’t get it to work through my phone on their app!

Not what I expected but still ok

While Pura Car is easy to use, I felt a little restricted in use as it must be plugged in at all times to work (cannot just charge it and it works). I would rather have the device spread scent while I wasn't in the car. Instead this device only works while the car is on and the usb cord is plugged in. However while it is running, it spreads scent evenly throughout the car.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t like that it has to be plugged into a usb outlet at all times in order to operate. This means the only place I can have it in my car it is right up in the front console and even at the lowest setting the fragrance is too much for me while driving. I was hoping to just put it in the back seat cup holder or even somewhere in my cargo area.
