Loud and Unreliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's super loud when it runs and it resets the intensity each time it turns on (does not save settings). Smell is inconsistent. I don't even know if it's actually diffusing the scent. I'm not a fan of this device.

Perfect for the car

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect size for my car to fit in the front console. Appreciate that I can choose the level of fragrance. Only issue is I am having trouble tracking in the app how much life is left in the scent cartridge.

Sad it didn't work out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Pura Car Pro despite the mixed reviews on it's reliability. At first, it worked wonderfully and filled the car with the wonderful scent of Birchwood Pine by Nest. It had to be turned off when I was finished driving even though it's supposed to turn off on its own. Like the reviews before me, it stopped working and gave an error code that it couldn't read the cartridge. This was disappointing but not surprising. Needless to say, I gave it two stars because when it worked it was great but it only lasted a month.
