Great, could use some updates

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of this, being able to adjust the intensity in comparison to items that only offer a singular level. However in my car the placement of plugs is a little limiting to where I would like to place this. I would love to see a version that charges and doesn't need constant power
