Love it, but needs a few tweaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having a good smelling car! But the pura car could use a few tweaks. I wish it was quieter as I find it loud and distracting when it kicks on. I also wish there were more settings; even on the lowest setting it's super strong.

Poor Battery Life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Car Pro over the basic car model because I didn't want to have something that needed to stay plugged in all the time. However, the battery life on the car pro is so poor that I have to keep it plugged in all the time. I don't drive very much, and I've only had the car pro for about 2 weeks now, and it flashes the red light indicating low battery every single time I get in the car. Incredibly frustrating for an item at this price point. Additionally, the device doesn't recognize the scent disc when it's fully inserted. You have to insert it only about halfway (not all the way in) for the device to recognize it. I'm not sure if I just happened to receive a defective device or if this is the norm, but I'm dissatisfied with the car pro. At this price point, it should work. And for a device this new, the battery life should not be this abysmal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The setup is nice, and I love that it works for the amount of time that I’m in my car. However, it seems to just randomly start working even when my car is parked in the garage. . air smells nice, though.
