[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brand new one replaced the older one that wouldn't read what scent was in the defuse. The new one worked for a week and now does the same thing. Maybe it's the app or maybe the diffuser, either way it's unreliable and can't recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm slightly disappointed in this unit. In my opinion it's kinda loud. I love the smell however I only run it for a few minutes because I am unsure how long a cartridge is supposed to last. I was hoping to fall in love with it since I've been looking for a long time for that omg your car smells amazing gadget I am unsure if I will purchase anymore .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this when it’s working but I’ve had a replacement sent to me bc the one I purchased never really worked right. The replacement has never worked right either. I hope they can figure out the fault in these so I can finally have one that works.

I've had 2 units quit working on me. They don't last. Pura has replaced unit but I'm hoping to get one that works and lasts
