Will not detect fragrances

Straight out of the box this diffuser has not worked. I have reached out to pura support multiple times but they refuse to do anything to help because I bought it at a boutique, not through them. I’ve gotten multiple fragrances with no luck. Disappointed in my waste of money.

Charging wonky

I really enjoy the pura car pro. It is easy to set up, works well in the app, and smells great. The scents are lasting long due to not driving a lot. Only problem is the charging. Maybe i have a defective unit, but it is so difficult to keep it charging. Left it overnight to charge inside and can't out to drive and it is still dead. When charging in the car, it changes only half of the time. Only complaint i have. Wish i could get this fixed.

Love my car pura!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so glad I bought this for my car! It was very easy to set up and I love that it only works when you’re car is turned on. It puts out scent immediately when you start your car. It does have a fan when it kicks on. It’s not really loud but you can hear it.
