[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the product. The fragrance isn’t very noticeable in the car , even in the high setting. When trying to control the device thru the app, it says it’s an unknown scent, and it’s 100% unless I turn off the device, remove the cartridge, turn it back on, slide the cartridge back in, and reconnect. I would like it give it another try and purchase another fragrance or try the home product.

I don’t love that it has to be plugged in all the time, it really makes it a lot less user friendly. I also wish it remembered the last setting you had it on, so you didn’t have to adjust every time you get in the car

Disappointed. The scent is not there unless I fiddle around with the app, and then it is hit or miss. I am tech savvy, 🤷♀️. Sorry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited for the new car device. It works nicely but I almost felt like it was too powerful in the small space. Maybe it was just the scent. I was also hoping the device would be a bit more compact. Overall, it works fine but it might not be something I use regularly.
