Scent cartridges do not work with app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only problem I have with my car Pura is that it will not detect the scent cartridge and doesn’t let me know how many days are left on the cartridge. I have had several conversations but the issue has not been resolved.

Not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had no scent coming from it, no intensity for even a couple of seconds. Tried it on every level and did a software update. Disappointed because it smells so good. The samples were great too but won’t be buying if they don’t smell :/
