Not a good product or app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really bad design. UI of app is terrible and never recognizes scents. Firmware updates fail every time. The cartridges fall out of the Pura all the time. All around waste of money for expensive scents that aren't that strong/appealing.

Unable to determine when to change cartridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second diffuser - a replacement for the initial one that didn’t work. I am having the same problem. It doesn’t recognize the scent in the diffuser and never goes down from 100% of scent left. I don’t know when to change the cartridge.
