Not worth it

My scent didn’t last long at all, maybe a week at most and it has a super long cord that it always has to be plugged into. Overall just kind of annoying and not good long term at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this idea. It fits awkwardly in my front cup holder, but there may be a better place for it that keeps the cord out of the way more. The scent was way too strong for the first week, even on setting #1, but it seems to have mellowed out. I am looking forward to the eventual expansion of scent options, as I don’t love the limited options currently available.

Don’t throw scent box away!!!

I was excited to try out my diffuser for my car. I purchased two scents. I put the fist one in, scanned the box since there is no QR code on the actual cartridge and wr t on my way. Three days later something happened and it wouldn’t connect to my phone. The diffuser is still working BUT without the box, there’s no information about my cartridge on the app and it prompts me to scan the scent. Unfortunately I threw out the box. I do have some scent but no ability to turn up or down the intensity or know if it’s running low. They’re too expensive to just throw out and start with my other scent. Definitely not ideal. Having to have it plugged in all the time isn’t great either but since my car needs to be on to utilize the port, it doesn’t make it too difficult. I tried to find how to contact support for help but no where in the app can you directly email them. That’s not ok too.

I like how it turns on when I get in the car and then shuts off when I get out, and I like how you can set it for different intensities. I just got the diffuser, but I have already bought 2 more scents for it. Each of the scents smell great. You can smell them throughout the car. I also like having the app. It is very convenient.

Could be improved:
- design should allow scent to exit through the top of the air freshener so scent doesn’t get tapped in cup holder
- cord. In general cords are just the worst
