Bad product and support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very disappointed in this product and the company’s support of it. It would not connect to my system, and the app would get stuck on an acknowledgment page, and then I found I got no adequate customer support. I also was frustrated to learn that (1) it required a cord and took up a plug and (2) the recommended magnet accessory did not come with it nor does Pura sell it nor do they tell you where to get it.

I then put it in my car, which works just as described. It works just as easily as the wall plug-ins, I also got the cucumber mint which smells heavenly.

Love it! Makes a drive more enjoyable & turns off when car is off to reserve scent while traveling! HIghly recommend! Sweet briar was a pleasant scent to try 1st, & eager to experience more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is really nice. The pros: You're in control of how much scent releases from this. There are many scents to choose from. Cons: Doesn't fit well in my cup holder when I have another drink in the other cup/drink holder. I wish there was another way to have this put in my car somewhere where it wouldn't get damaged by my pets, or kids. Just needs another way to keep this in my car without being put in a drink holder.
