Connection issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not sure if it’s the diffuser itself or the scent but it is constantly disconnecting and won’t show me the percentage left on the scent until I remove the cartridge and reinstall it. I even tried resetting the entire thing and it is still doing it. Something is faulty and I am waiting until the scent is done to change to a new one. Also, the scent lasted maybe a week tops. It is at 70% now and barely smells.

So fresh, I love the way this makes my car smell. It’s super easy and seems like it will last a long time. I just can’t wait until they make a mint eucalyptus scent for the car devices!

can't cancel subscription

enjoy the diffuser and fragrance, but I cannot cancel the service. I now have six cannisters of the fragrance and cannot cancel the service. I go online and they say I have no subscriptions, but I get one of these every month and am charged for it. No way to contact anyone.
