I love Pura… I have 9 in my house so I was so sure I was going to love the car version. It will not stay on… I can turn it on and within 30seconds it’s off. Smells good when it works. Disappointed

Not your average car freshener

Needs an update

Mine along with I'm sure 90 percent of other vehicles out there kill the power when the car is shut off. So the auto start stop will mostly never function. Can the diffuser not come back on to the same setting it was on before? Everytime you get in, full blast. I don't want to hit buttons everytime. Which brings me to the app, why even use the app for this. It's completely worthless when the only adjustment is the same button on top of the unit. And can't we just get the normal fragrances, give me paddywaxs tobacco patchouli instead of these generic options. The car option was the next logical step, it's just poorly implemented

Screw the early adopters

Why do early access, ya know your valued customers get charged 35+15 a scent, and then a week later on actual release you get the unit and a scent for 35 and all the scents are priced at 11. Explain yourself pura, we're about to stop doing business

Complete honesty

I purchased this the day it came out. I was so excited about this product since I have the Pura fragrance diffusers in my house. I would honestly not spend the money on this product. First of all I’m sure it was killing my car battery. Secondly I’ve tried everything possible to connect it to my app and it won’t connect. I’ve tried searching on the Q&As and the car diffuser is not on there. Pura should have gathered information before launching this product and it might have been a better product. Overall it smells great when it works.
