App doesn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I downloaded the app in order to start using the device. It requests a confirmation code through email. I sent MULTIPLE requests of an email confirmation and never got one. So until today I want able to use the device. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: scents smells good, I feel like they can be stronger. It’s a quiet machine and doesn’t take up much space.
Cons: I don’t love that my car doesn’t have the scent when I get in because it hasn’t been running.
Wish it didn’t have to be plugged in because a cord has to be out all the time now

The unit itself is too loud and when I power it off it comes back on a few minutes later on its own. The refill disk, in my opinion, are way too much money for the amount of time they last. I think they should be half the price in which they are currently charging for the refill cartridges.

I feel like the first scent I got was really strong, but every pack since I can hardly smell and it runs out so quick. I even got the first scent again and it did not carry at all in my small car.
