Great concept, but poor execution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love the Car Pura. The idea of having my favorite scents in the car was appealing, but the functionality just isn’t there. The auto-sensing feature that’s supposed to detect when the car is on or off doesn’t work properly. It often turns on when I simply open or close the car door — and sometimes even when I’m getting out — which drains the battery overnight.
After reading other reviews, I turned off the auto-sensor hoping to fix the problem, but even then, it still turns on randomly, especially when I’m trying to charge it in the car. The result is wasted fragrance and a dead battery.
The scent quality itself is great (I love the Volcano fragrance), but the device needs major improvements before I could recommend it. For now, it’s more frustrating than functional.

Awesome Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was searching for a good air freshener for my car and I had a cute little decorative one but it just didn’t work you couldn’t smell it. Saw videos online for this so decided to try it after seeing numerous videos for it and there was a good deal. I absolutely love this air freshener my car is always smelling incredible now! It’s so amazing when my husband got in my car he said your car smells so good and I said yesss because of the air freshener I bought! And he ended up wanting one so I ordered him one as well and he loves it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I've been really enjoying my Pura Car Pro. It makes my car smell fantastic and I love how strongly it projects the fragrance. The auto turn-on while driving feature is a nice touch, although, can be a bit touchy when you want to turn it off while driving. It does have a manual mode, however, I have not tried this yet.
I will say the fragrance cartridges don't last nearly as long as the home diffuser vials. I was a little surprised when it told me to replace my cartridge after about two weeks. Also, wish the charge lasted longer but plugging it in is easy so not a big deal.

Would Not Buy Again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Free Car Pura Set by committing to 12 months. I would not buy this again. The battery dies quickly, and some scents are really strong for the car and need to be replaced earlier than expected.
