change in vehicles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched vehicles and now my car pro does not turn on when activated like it did in my previous car. I have reset it multiple times, but it does not recognize and start in the new vehicle. Even when I use the app and touch the button it doesn't staying running. Needless to say this has been very frustrating for me to use and will not be purchasing another for our other vehicle like I planned.
