Battery length is not as advertised

I have two of these and not sure if they are bad batteries or what. Supposed to last up to 15 hours but I find it’s no more than 5 or so hours

I've tried multiple fragrances and they have all been good! New Car is a classic, and right now I'm enjoying Apple Orchard!
