[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I graduated from the double plug version to the Pura Plus and am very happy with the amount of scent / coverage offered. Additionally, I had a power outage and somehow I was unable to reboot my Pura Plus, so I used their CS chat feature on a Sunday morning and got immediate results and a new unit shipped to me to replace the malfunctioning machine. So far so good with this newer model ! Looking forward to the introduction of new products in the future !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the scent this diffuser puts off… when it works. It’s quite loud when it first turns on but quiets after a few minutes. Also, the scent only lasts about a week, with only running it for a couple of hours each day on the medium setting.
