[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your device has spotty WiFi, it will cause issues. So long as your WiFi connection is solid, you shouldn’t have issues. This was not my first time setting up so I found it much easier. I was confused the first time I tried setting up a diffuser but find it super quick and easy now. I like being able to quickly open to the app to stop the diffuser if the scent is too strong. Overall, the scents are nice. I have tried the Pura branded lavender, which is great for a bathroom, nest holiday and pumpkin- both great and as expected for the scents. I like the palo santo a lot and the salt is okay.. still searching for my fave scent!

Works well with cathedral ceilings

Great fragrance

You can really smell it when you are standing right next to it- but it doesn’t fill the whole space and it doesn’t last long. When it’s on, it’s great! But if you leave it on all the time, you run out quickly. But I do love the concept. Wish it lasted longer. A little pricey to purchase so often.
The diffuser is super easy to use. The app is mostly self explanatory.
