There were a lot of new features available, but when we checked in with review reviews and recommendations, we decided to stay with Cuisinart We bought a coffee maker at a local department store, Boscov’s, under Saturday early evening. We found what we wanted right away, looked at other models from other providers, and decided to stay with a Cuisinart 14 cup pour over. What we had anticipated was that the old controls which were mechanical had been replaced by electronic switches. It took a while to figure out what each of these did and get used to how they worked. We ended up loving.that we could vary the time That the coffee warmer would stay on. This turned out to be a much valued feature.

The basket mechanism doesn’t align with the carafe unless I make sure that the carafe is placed exactly. This sometimes causes the water to back up in the basket.There is obviously a defect in the basket.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
