I have had this a month now and have to say it has not met expectations. Controls are terrible to navigate and the menus need a better explanation. The opening of the carafe is too small restricting access to clean and stains easily. Stainless smudging is constantly needing cleaning. Small pot performance is ok at best and navigating the adjustment for strength and temps is a fiasco. Filter basket cone adapter is cumbersome.
I would not buy this again at this price point I expect better from this manufacturer.

Brewing issues and lack of support

So far every time we try to brew coffee an error message pops up that says “ remove carafe lid”. But we have used just a cup or the carafe without the lid and with the lid and it continues to say this. And the manual also states you can fill up your cup and pour it in and brew that even if it’s below the single serving which is more than a single cup of coffee and my machine wouldn’t brew that either.
The machine itself looks very nice but we just got this last week and these issues are starting to make mornings more stressful especially given the price point of the machine. And support is always busy with long wait times so hopefully I can get through or help with these issues and I’ll change the review otherwise we will have to return this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review and feedback. That message will show if the water level in the tank is at the Single Serve level, the machine will think you're brewing a single cup amount, and will show the message to remove the carafe lid. Do not buy this product. My machine is completely defective. When you plug it in, the machine is supposed to auto flush. This does not work, and you cannot skip this step. I have an expensive piece of junk that doesn't make coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker is so beautiful. The glass carafe looks modern and sleek, nothing like your old school diner coffee pot. This machine is really solidly made and you can feel the quality the moment you take it out of the box. It has multiple settings you can adjust to get exactly the right brew, but the controls are very simple and intuitive, so unlike some really complex machines this one is really easy to use. I’ve brewed multiple size pots and a variety of roasts and everything has come out tasting great! There are so many small touches that make this a wonderful coffee maker, but I especially love the shape of the plug. It makes it so easy to unplug when not in use without yanking on and eventually damaging the cord. Overall, the design is really thoughtful and lovely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A little large for my kitchen, but this coffee maker is amazing! I love how I can adjust the strength”flavor” of the coffee, very EASY to clean! Brews very quickly and you can brew 12 cups of coffee!! That’s amazing!! This coffee maker is so durable and it will last us years!
