What could've been great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying that the Soundbar is great, has amazing sound quality, and has a great design. I will gladly change my rating to 5 stars when LG can push an update to fix the constant loss of connection to the rear speakers and subwoofer. There's no excuse for this flagship soundbar not having dedicated support that this issue hasn't been corrected yet. I am not the only one with this issue, as there are many posts about this issue with minimal searching online. Coming from the LG SJ9 as my previous soundbar I was expecting a product that works seamlessly as that and would have bass that beat that system or at the very least rival it. Please come through and provide the fixes that this amazing system desperately needs, LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my goodness! My boyfriend and I have been absolutely loving this soundbar! It has totally transformed the bedroom into our own personal movie theater. Dolby Atmos and DTS:X fill the entire room for a fully immersive experience. He loves it for Netflix and Marvel movies, but I love it most for blasting my spotify music in the mornings. :) The wireless connectivity is also a game changer for cutting out the need for a special receiver along with the built in voice assistant…this soundbar is truly elite. I have not experienced richer, or deeper surround sound with any other brand yet!

Good overall sound. Subpar subwoofer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Subwoofer aside, the sound quality is pretty good and works great with the LG ThinQ app.
On the negative side, subwoofer leaves a lot to be desired. It feels heavily underpowered for what you pay for the set.

It reproduces mid and treble-range frequencies clearly and accurately, meaning speech and dialogue sound crisp and natural. The discrete center channel also provides a good amount of focus and helps pinpoint voices within the stereo field.

Great soundbar surround system for LG tv

I bought this after buying my 77” oled tv. It replaced an onkyo receiver and surround sound speaker system. The sound quality is exceptional and can be adjusted on the tv screen. It is excellent!

Some Glitches

Nice sound, with some issues. The wowcast feature when enabled via the TV drops out the next time I restart the TV and soundbar. Need a software update to fix this
