[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item in 2016. After 9 years of daily use, it collapsed. I consider this product so good, that I went ahead a bought a new one. That is a lot to say given that 9 years later there are many other options in the market.

Do you have or know where to find a stainless bowl/cooking pot to replace the original non stick option?

Terrible. Overcooks rice. Broke after about 15x

Rarely made good rice. More often than not the rice was overcooked/burned on the bottom. The warm function overcooks it too. I had to pay close attention and quickly unplug it as soon as it flipped to warm which totally defeated the purpose of having an automatic no worry rice cooker. It also broke after about 15 uses (just over a year)- wouldn’t switch on. Terrible product put it to electronic recycling.
Only positive was the steamer basket function was handy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful compact rice maker but one of two failed

I really like this ricecooker. it works well, the rice is perfect and it is nicely compact. Unfortunately, although I have bought two of these, one for myself and one for my daughter, one of them had several flaws while the other was perfect.
The bowl was losing its interiore surface, it was peeling off on both the inside and the outside. Then it stopped working, I could not turn it on at all. I was really sad about this because it is such a nifty rice maker. The same model that I bought for my daughter worked perfectly.
