Such an amazing upgrade. We had a Ninja XL for the past two years and this new machine is so quiet and has so many features, you’re constantly learning new things it can do!

Great product. The only negative with the air- fryer is the knobs stick after time and will not function correctly. We are on our 3rd air-fryer and we have had the same problem with knobs sticking. We love using it and use it almost daily. But the knob issue needs to be replaced.

Nicely sized oven. Large enough to accommodate standard 9x13 pans or a large Dutch oven while keeping outer dimensions to a relatively small footprint. The controls require a bit of a learning curve, but they become intuitive after a few uses. The LCD menu is clear and concise, and easy to read. I’ve had it only a few weeks at this writing, but I am well satisfied with it so far.
