Received as a Christmas gift.. The grinder worked, the water heated and it made coffee. The automatic come on in the morning worked as well. I may have not given it enough time to

I can't keep from spilling coffee everywhere when I pour into my coffee cup.......I think there is a problem with the lid for the carafe!!!!!

This is our 3rd generation of grind and brew makers in our house. This one is amazing and makes great coffee. It is easy to load with beans and clean and set up but is has 2 problems. One is that you can not set the auto brew with the grinder off. The bigger problem is that you will never be able to pour a cup without spilling a lot of coffee on the counter. The carafe design is a big loser.

The grind off feature for using pre-ground coffee refuses to work when you set it along with the timer. Every morning the grinder activates even though we have it shut off.

This is a fantastic coffee maker. Very simple to use and looks great on the kitchen counter. The best part is the taste of the coffee. The coffee is the perfect temperature and stays nice and hot due to the carafe. I love waking up to hearing the grinder and knowing a have the most delicious cup of coffee waiting for me. This is an excellent product. We will never buy coffee pods again!
