I love this coffeemaker! However…the clock seems to run fast. It gains about 20 minutes every few days. I have to reset clock often.

I’ve had a Cuisinart coffee maker in my home for over 20 years. Each time one wears out, I replace it with a new model. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed. The upgrades to the old burr grind and brew make it too time consuming and wasteful. I have to clean the grinder after no more than 5 uses - far more than the previous model. The hopper is not removable so to empty it is a chore. I have to scoop out the beans that I can reach with my hand and those already in the chute to the grinder are wasted because I can’t get them out. There’s approximately 1 tablespoon of beans wasted with each cleaning. At the price of coffee today, that is very costly.
On a positive note, this machine does make excellent, hot coffee; however, I do regret buying this model.

Best coffee pot I’ve had in decades! I consider myself fairly picky when it comes to my coffee makers - and this one checked all my boxes! It’s simple to use - whether I want it to grind fresh beans or use already ground coffee. Simple to keep clean - to fill the water, and the carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours!
My favorite feature is the auto-program! I wake up to an amazing smelling kitchen and a fresh hot pot of coffee! Was a fast/easy set-up too.
Couldn’t ask for more!

Fresh Ground Coffee Every Morning!

I bought this to replace our Technivorm Moccamaster; the Burr Grind and Brew makes a great cup of coffee and the carafe keeps the coffee at perfect drinking temp for a few hours. Controls are fairly intuitive and programming was simple. I like the reusable gold filter, easy to clean out the grounds and the fact that you can store 1/2 lb of beans in the hopper, is super convenient.
It is tall, my only complaint is how tall it is! It's not a big footprint on the counter, but its too tall to fit under cabinets, the cord is also quite short...so it took a little rearranging, but these are minor issues for a machine that delivers a perfect cup!

I bought this coffee maker to replace a Cuisinart Grind and Brew Coffee Maker that lasted 15 years - no kidding. I really like this model because it stores 1/2 pound of beans and has a burr grinder. The coffee tastes fresh and delicious pot after pot.

We love our new burr grind & brew except for the problem pouring coffee from the pot. If you make a full pot there doesn't seem to be much of an issue. During the week we only make about 6 cups & while pouring into the cup the coffee struggles coming out therefor coffee trickling & running down the side of the pot dripping onto your counter. If there's trick out there to fix this I would greatly appreciate it. Other than that we love the flavor it gives.

Within 1 week of using this it isn’t working correctly! It beeps empty basket when the basket is empty!! The only way to clear it and make it work is it remove the basket and close the latch.
