Don’t care for it very hard to clean, Pot doesn’t fit in dishwasher. Also it doesn’t keep the coffee hot more like Luke warm. I am sorry I purchased it.

Good coffee but doesn’t perform as advertised.

I bought this earlier this year and have a love hate relationship with it. I love the convenience of fresh ground coffee but it uses too many beans to make 1 pot of coffee. It probably uses 4-5 times more coffee to make a pot vs normal pre ground coffee. I have no idea what the strength settings do as the ground size does not change based on the setting. I thought spending more on a burr grinder would be beneficial but most of my ground coffee is small “chunks” of coffee vs fine ground coffee.

The coffee grinder and brewer work well. I really like the ability to either grind beans or use pre-ground coffee. I have a separate burr grinder that I used to grind beans before getting this combination and this works just as well. The thermal carafe has a design issue - it is very difficult to get the last cup of coffee out.

My original until quit working within a year. They replaced it for free. Then the 2nd unit quit working within 2 years. Now they will not replace my unit even though it is only 2 years old. I also purchased a stand alone grinder which also stopped working (the blade fell off) and they will not warranty that unit either. Unfortunately, I was very happy with Cuisinart up until now. I will no longer recommend their products.
