After 3 months of daily usage it is a very nice overall product.
Likes would be not having to grind coffee myself anymore, the carafe holds heat for a long time and it makes nice tasting coffee once you figure out the right settings.
Dislikes are the carafe design is terrible and spills or dribbles coffee on nearly every pour, the micro filter basket lets grit through so use paper filters instead, filling the water at the back is a tight but still tricky experience and lastly the brew settings from 4 to 10 are way too strong. Using 10 even with a full pot of water will render you a cup of tar. We use 4 and a full pot of water and the taste is good. But honestly the auto grind settings are way too high.
Still happy with it despite some of the dislikes.

Our new Cusinart is working very well. It is replacing one of the same that we used most days for at least 10 years before it packed it in. The only not covered in the instructions is how the brew strength works. For a stronger coffee, does the water run through the filter more slowly? The beans grind the same on all 3 strength setting. Or do the stronger settings just use more beans from the hopper. Great coffee, grinder is a little noisy at 3:30 a.m. even behind pantry doors. LOL. Overall another great product. If it lasts 1/2 as long as its predecessor, we will be happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cuisinart grind and brew coffee maker is amazing! I love the different grind/brew options it has! I can't wait to try all kinds of different beans! The carafe keeps the coffee hot for an exceptionally long time! However, the carafe does dribble a little when pouring, but easy enough to fix, just remove the lid when pouring. The instructions were easy to understand and follow and I was enjoying an amazing cup of coffee in no time! I would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys fresh ground coffee. I actually don't dread getting up in the morning when the alarm goes off quite so much now that I have my new coffee maker!

Simple and sleek features for your daily day/night

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daily morning wake-up call is now the Cuisinart Burr Grind & Brew 10-Cup Coffeemaker. This item is full of power, great aroma, and perfection within functioning and taste. I love the grind control function which allows me to only grind a certain amount of beans at a time. Another plus is for those who enjoy the already grounded coffee, this machine does this as well! I find it the best of both worlds as some brands I prefer grounded and some beans.
Even on a busy day, when I need to grab a cup and finish other things around my home, it allows me to grab a cup “on the go” using the pause feature. Having an impeccable design, easy to read LED display which is large, and simple to use buttons. This item is my go-to daily. Plus, I can “set-it-and-forget-it" and it ready when I wake up for my daily routine. All my different coffees (both bean type and grounded) have come out to a tasty enjoyment daily, full of the “notes” my coffee claims to, this machine makes every effort to impress (it does so) and makes it happen with the flavors and functions.
I personally have found no cons in the usage of this machine. It is a staple in home and will be for a long time. I have told others I know about it... and some have already purchased it and are loving it, just like me.

I love this coffeemaker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the past year or so I’ve been using Nespresso Vertuo. While both my wife and I enjoy a great cup of coffee (or 2-3 cups), we really wanted to go back to the simple freshly brewed coffee. And this coffeemaker is exactly what we needed. It’s super easy to use, I love that we can switch the coffee brand as we want and the carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours. I am very pleased and satisfied with this product and I would definitely recommend it.

Great grinder-brewer with ease of use and cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife has a Cuisinart grinder that she loves. So when I saw the grinder AND brewer I had to get it. I knew we would love it and we certainly did. No need to grind on one device and then brew on the other coffeemaker anymore which is a big plus.
The coffeemaker will make 10 cups as stated and will keep the coffee hot for several hours. It has some nice features, including the ability to use already ground coffee. However, I personally haven't used that feature and I don't think we will since we think it steals a bit from the freshness in your coffee if you don't grind it just before brewing. But, the good news is, that if you were to need the function, it is there for you. It also allows you for customization in regards to how much coffee you want to grind and how strong you want it to be.
Using and cleaning this machine is very easy.
We have several Cuisinart appliances and it is one of our favorite brands. We would definitely recommend getting one of these grinder-brewers.
